I have just obtained Douglas Farrow's Ascension Theology, and truly it is a thing of beauty. The pages are smooth and glossy; each chapter has its own cover page, complete with colour picture or a photograph; and the chapter headings are printed in blue, pleasantly contrasting with the standard black typeface.
It sounds sad, but I might make a priority of reading
Ascension Theology purely because it's
such a nice book to keep opening! (Oh, and because Ascension Day is coming, and because
Doug Farrow [an ex-lecturer of mine] is always worth reading.)
