About Providence, Divine Action and the Church

In this blog, Terry J. Wright posts thoughts and shares research on the Christian doctrine of providence. This doctrine testifies to God’s provision for all things through creation’s high priest, the man Christ Jesus. However, the precise meaning and manner of this provision is a perpetually open question, and this blog is a forum for discussion of the many issues relating to providence and the place of the Church within God’s action.

Christ Pantokrator is now Providence, Divine Action and the Church

Even though the title Christ Pantokrator sums up the central ethos of this blog - that Jesus Christ is ruler of all, that the doctrine of God's providence must be defined by Christ - I've begun to wonder if the blog title itself is a bit too obscure. I've decided to try something a little more unspectacular - Providence, Divine Action and the Church - in the hope that this new title indicates the blog's contents more clearly.

The first post of Christ Pantokrator may be found here.
