About Providence, Divine Action and the Church

In this blog, Terry J. Wright posts thoughts and shares research on the Christian doctrine of providence. This doctrine testifies to God’s provision for all things through creation’s high priest, the man Christ Jesus. However, the precise meaning and manner of this provision is a perpetually open question, and this blog is a forum for discussion of the many issues relating to providence and the place of the Church within God’s action.

20% Off Bible Commentaries

Taken advantage of this sale, I have.
Church House Bookshop is selling a number of Bible commentaries, especially in the NICOT and NICNT series, at 20% off. The sale’s only on until 30 September, but you’ll be able to get some bargains if you take advantage in the few days between now and then.

Also in the list is a book I’d not come across: H. Wayne House’s Charts on Open Theism and Orthodoxy. Judging by the title, I’d say that Dr House is not a fan of open theism, but I’m happy to be corrected.
